19. What if I can’t find or don’t have all the information you ask for?
Just give us what you can. There’s a To Do List you can use if you need to find information and come back to us. Just because you can’t provide all the information we ask for, doesn’t mean we can’t get you a refund. You should always answer as many questions as you can, even if you need to go away and find the information first. If you don’t finish the application and sign the forms at the end of the process, we won’t be able to finish your review and you will automatically lose money you’re owed by HMRC.
