The first step is to fill in our application form. From there we’ll be in touch to get more information. Don’t worry, even if you can’t answer all the questions, in most cases we’re still able to complete your review, although it might take a little longer.

If you can’t provide all the information we ask for, we can normally contact HMRC and they’ll provide it.

Once we’ve gathered the information needed, we’ll let you know the outcome. If we believe you’re due a refund, we’ll prepare and submit a claim to HMRC and we’ll keep chasing HMRC until they pay back what’s rightfully yours.
